To know before booking:
Upon arrival you will be required to pay the following extra costs:
-Final cleaning, laundry and sanitation charges Anti-covid: 120 €
-Tourist tax: 1 € per person per day
-Heating, when necessary: 15 € per day
– Late check-in (after 7pm): 20 €.

The portion of the house, on two levels, is composed as follows: entrance into the living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, up the stairs hallway with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. This wonderful flat is ideal for couples who wish to enjoy the charm of our lake in complete relaxation. The apartment is available both in summer and in winter, as it has independent heating.
