To know before booking:

On arrival the following extra costs will be requested:
-Tourist tax: 1 Euro per day per person
-Heating, when necessary: 10 Euro per day
– Late check-in (after 7pm): 20 Euro

The guest is asked for a deposit of Euro 200 to be paid on site and returned on departure.

Villa Lidia is a marvellous portion of a house situated in San Felice, 10 min on foot from the centre of San Felice, 10 min on foot from the harbour and the beaches of San Felice, where it is possible to access the boat service, which takes you to all the resorts of Lake Garda and 10 min by car from Salò: a charming town with a marvellous lakefront, where you can find restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is composed as follows: entrance into a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The wonderful flat has a private swimming pool, private garden and patio all equipped with outdoor furniture. We also have a private car park inside the property which is not covered. Our guests will be provided with bed linen, towels and WI-FI connection. The charming flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who want to enjoy the charm of our lake in complete relaxation. The apartment is available both in summer and in winter, being equipped with independent heating.
