To know before booking:
You will be required to pay the following extra charges on arrival:
– Tourist tax 1€ per person over 16 years old
– Heating, when necessary: 10€ per day
– A security deposit of 200€ is requested to be paid on site and returned on departure.
– For check-in after 19.00 there is an extra fee of 20 Euro
– Final cleaning and laundry costs: 150 € per app.

Newly renovated in 2020, Villa Clara is a beautiful villa, set in a beautiful exclusive park, in Puegnago del Garda, Frazione Raffa but can be considered an extension of San Felice del Benaco, is 15 minutes walk from the port of San Felice del Benaco and the public beach.

Easily reachable is the 6 km cycle-pedestrian path that plunges into the beautiful morainic hills of our territory, skirting the lake and passing through the most beautiful vineyards and olive groves of the area.
The charming villa is divided into two beautiful three-room apartments, furnished with care and style, called: Apartment Ander and Apartment Peler.

VILLA CLARA – PELER FLAT:
The beautiful three-room apartment, is composed as follows: entrance into a large living room with sofa, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and twin bedroom.

The flat is arranged on one floor with a porch and garden for private use. At the back of the house, there is a shower and laundry area.
Exclusive parking is available within the property.

The charming property is ideal for families with children, but also for those who want to enjoy the charm of our lake in complete relaxation.
