Villa Carolina

To know before booking:
Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the following extra costs:
-Tourist tax: 1 euro per day per person
-Heating, when necessary: 10 euro per day
-Late check-in (after 7 pm): 20 euro
-Guests are asked for a deposit of 200 euros to be paid on site and returned on departure.

Villa Carolina is a wonderful single villa, located in Portese, 15 min walk from the centre of San Felice, 5 min walk from the port of Portese, where you can access the boat service, which takes you to all the resorts of Lake Garda and 10 minutes drive from Salò: a charming town with a wonderful lakefront, where you can find restaurants, bars and shops.

The apartment is composed as follows: entrance into the corridor, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with private bathroom, two bedrooms with two single beds and bathroom with shower. Both the double bedroom and the living room have windows that open directly onto the garden and allow you to appreciate the wonderful view of the lake.

From Villa Carolina you can in fact see Gardone Riviera and the whole opposite side of the lake. The wonderful single villa has a garden, fully equipped with sun loungers and parasols. We also have a private car park inside the property not covered The charming flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who want to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relaxation. The apartment is available both in summer and in winter (with independent heating).

Our guests will be provided with bed linen, towels and WI-FI connection.
