Upon arrival you will be required to pay the following extra costs in cash:

-Tourist tax: 1 € per day per person
-Heating, when needed: 10 € per day
-Late check-in (after 7pm): 20 €

OLEA DEI APARTMENTS S.R.L the realization of a dream was to create a Holiday House that offered five recently renovated, spacious and welcoming apartments (three-room and two-room apartments) surrounded by a park with centuries-old trees and a productive olive grove. The possibility for our guests to pick the fruits from our orchard, to taste our oil and choose the vegetables from our greenhouse guarantee a direct contact with the typical products of the Lake Garda area.

Hermes – Independent from the other apartments, the two-roomed Hermes apartment of 42 sq.m.

Hermes has been designed to make every movement easy even for people with disabilities (see services page).

It has an exclusive patio furnished with table and chairs and surrounded by trees.

From Hermes you can easily reach the reception, the swimming pool and the barbecue area thanks to a paved and illuminated path.

Is composed by:
Eat-in kitchen complete with appliances (refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave oven) and equipped with induction cookware (with coffee maker), supplies, tablecloth and tea towels, set of gadgets.
Furnished with table and chairs for 4 people, double sofa bed and satellite TV.
A bathroom with shower equipped.
A double bedroom with wardrobe with sliding doors.
Home automation for door opening.
