To know before booking:

Upon arrival you will be required to pay the following extra costs:
-Final cleaning, laundry and sanitation charges Anti-Covid: 150 €.
-Tourist tax: 1 € per day per person
-Heating, when necessary: 15 € per day
-Late check-in (after 7pm): 20 €.
-A deposit of 200 € will be required and returned on departure.

Casa Vacanze Matisse is a wonderful flat, located on the ground floor, a few steps from the lakefront of Maderno, where you can access the beaches, both free and paid, and the ferry service, which takes you to all the resorts of Lake Garda.
The apartment, from which it is possible to go down a few steps, is composed as follows: entrance into a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine. The flat also has a porch equipped with table and chairs, small exclusive garden with sun loungers.

Moreover, the flat has public parking spaces nearby.
Other things to bear in mind
The charming flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who wish to enjoy the charm of our lake in complete relaxation.
The apartment is available both in summer and in winter, being equipped with independent heating.
