To know before booking:
Upon arrival you will be required to pay the following extra costs:

-Heating, when necessary: 15 € per day
– Late check-in (after 7pm): 20 €.

The Magnolia flat is located in a wonderful Art Nouveau villa, in the historic centre of Portese, a hamlet of San Felice del Benaco, 10 minutes from the port of Portese, where you can access the boat service, which takes you to all the resorts of Lake Garda.

The apartment, which can be accessed by climbing the stairs, is on the first floor and is composed as follows: living room with open space kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Everything overlooks a centuries-old magnolia tree, from which it takes its name.
The wonderful flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who wish to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relaxation.

The apartment is available both in summer, as it has air conditioning, and in winter, as it has independent heating.

Our guests will be provided with bed linen, towels and WI-FI connection.
