Lo Scorcio sul Lago

To know before booking:
Upon arrival you will be required to pay the following extra costs:
-Final cleaning, laundry, sanitation Anti covid : 150 €.
-Tourist tax: 1 € per day per person
-Heating, when necessary: 10 € per day
-Late check-in(after 7pm): 20 €
-Private parking close to the house: 10 €.

The flat will be sanitised and hygienised with alcohol- and chlorine-based products as required by the DPCMs, in accordance with anti-COVID guidelines and state protocols. In addition, at each new arrival, a CERTIFIED SANITIZATION will be carried out with an ozone generator which inactivates the virus and bacilli by 99.9%. It naturally deodorises and sanitises all rooms, surfaces, objects and fabrics in the house.

Lo Scorcio sul Lago is a lovely flat with lake view, located in the historic centre of Salò, a lovely town on the shores of Lake Garda. The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the harbour, the beaches and the magnificent lakeside promenade of Salò, where you will find restaurants, bars, shops and all basic necessities.

The house, being located in a strategic point allows, to our customers, to live the holidays forgetting the car, as any type of attraction is within walking distance.

The flat, located on the first floor, is composed as follows: entrance into the living room with fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and bedroom with French bed. Special feature of the flat: balcony with lake view equipped with outdoor table and chairs and sun loungers.

At guests’ disposal: cellar for bike storage and e-bike service for a fee.
The flat has a private parking space for a fee.

Our guests will be provided with bed linen, towels, courtesy set and free WI-FI.
