To know before booking:
On arrival the following extra costs will be requested:
-Tourist tax: 1 Euro per day per person
-Heating, when necessary: 7 Euro per day
– Late check-in (after 7pm): 20 Euro The guest is asked for a deposit of Euro 200 to be paid on site and returned on departure.

The accommodation is available both in summer and in winter, being equipped with independent heating. Our guests will be provided with bed linen, towels and wi-fi, included in the price.

The flat is located on the first floor of a residence with swimming pool, is accessible by stairs and consists of: a large living room with TV and sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The flat has a lovely terrace with table and chairs. It is characterised by a modern and detailed furniture and a beautiful swimming pool, shared with other units. The flat does not have its own parking space, but a few steps away there are unattended public parking spaces. At guests’ disposal: table with outdoor chairs and sun loungers.
