To know before booking:
Upon arrival you will be required to pay the following extra costs:
-Final cleaning and laundry costs: 150 €.
-Tourist tax: 1 € per day per person
-Heating, when necessary: 10 € per day
-Late check-in (after 7pm): 20 €.
– Pets: small size 5€ medium 8€

-A security deposit of 200€ is required and will be returned on departure.

We provide all our guests with bed linen including sheets, pillowcases, towels and WI-FI
The space
The Golfo ROYALE is a wonderful flat, located on the first floor, inside an ancient historical building expertly renovated, a few steps from the lakefront of Maderno, where you can access the beaches, both free and paid, and the ferry service, which takes you to all the resorts of Lake Garda.

Within walking distance of the house, you can find bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and all basic necessities. Those who choose our accommodation have the possibility to completely forget about the car, facilitating travel on foot or taking advantage of our bike and e-bike rental service.
Access for guests
The flat is about 120 square metres and is located on the first floor. It consists of a large living room with sofa and TV, a large and modern well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, each with private bathroom.
The flat also has private parking within the property.

The charming flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who wish to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relaxation. The apartment is available both in summer and in winter, as it has independent heating.
