To know before booking:

Upon arrival you will be required to pay the following extra costs:

-Final cleaning and laundry fee: 150 €.

-Tourist tax: 1 € per day per person

-Heating, when necessary: 10 € per day

-Late check-in (after 7 pm): 20 €

-Pets: 5€ /8€ per day

– A security deposit of 200 € is required, which will be returned upon departure.

We provide for all our guests bed linen, including sheets, pillowcases, towels and WI-FI

On the 1st floor, reached by an internal elevator, there is a well equipped kitchen, a large living room with sofa and TV, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Equipped external patio.The apartment has private parking.The charming apartment is ideal for families with children, but also for those who want to enjoy the charm of our lake in complete relaxation.

The accommodation is available both in summer and in winter, being equipped with central heating.
