To know before booking:

Upon arrival you will be required to pay the following extra costs:

-Final cleaning and laundry fee: 150 €.
-Tourist tax: 1 € per day per person
-Heating, when necessary: 10 € per day
-Late check-in (after 7 pm): 20 €
-Pets: 5€ /8€ per day

-A security deposit of 200 € is required, which will be returned upon departure.

Splendid flat with lake view, located in an old historic building expertly renovated, a few steps from the lakefront of Maderno, where you can access the beaches, both free and paid, and the ferry service, which takes you to all locations on Lake Garda. The flat has private parking.
The charming flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who wish to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relaxation.

The apartment is available both in summer and in winter, being equipped with independent heating.
