To know before booking:

Upon arrival you will be required to pay the following extra costs:
-Final cleaning and laundry costs: 150 €.
-Tourist tax: 1 € per day per person
-Heating, when necessary: 10 € per day
-Late check-in (after 7pm): 20 €.
-Pets: 5€ /8€ per day

-A security deposit of 200€ is required, which will be returned on departure.

We provide bed linen for all our guests, including sheets, pillowcases, towels and WI-FI
Splendid penthouse with lake view, located in an old historic building expertly restored, a few steps from the lakefront of Maderno, where you can access the beaches, both free and paid, and the ferry service, which takes you to all locations on Lake Garda.

Within walking distance of the house, you can find bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and all basic necessities. Those who choose our accommodation have the possibility to completely forget about the car, facilitating travel on foot or taking advantage of our bike and e-bike rental service.
The penthouse apartment, measuring approximately 240 square metres, comprises a spacious living room with sofa bed and TV, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large table, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms.

You will notice particular finishes and modern and design furniture, exposed beams in the rooms, parquet floors, and in the living room skylights that make the whole room very bright, not to mention the terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the lake.
The flat has private parking within the property.
The charming flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who wish to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relaxation.

The apartment is available both in summer and in winter, as it has independent heating.
