To know before booking:
Upon arrival you will be required to pay the following extra costs:
-Final cleaning and laundry costs: 200 €.
-Tourist tax: 1 € per day per person
-Heating, when necessary: 15 € per day
– Late check-in (after 7pm): 20 €.
-Guests are asked for a deposit of € 200 to be paid on site and returned on departure.

Our guests will be provided with bed linen, towels, courtesy set and free WI-FI.

Casa Manuela is a wonderful villa located in Gardone Riviera in a very quiet residence, 5 minutes walk from the Vittoriale degli Italiani, 2 minutes walk from the Botanical Garden – André Heller and 5 minutes walk from the magnificent lakefront, where you can find restaurants, bars, shops and all the basic necessities, forgetting about the traffic, facilitating walking, taking advantage of our bike and e-bike rental service or the boat service that allows you to reach all the villages on the lake easily.

The house, being located in a strategic point allows, to our customers, to live the holidays forgetting the car, as any type of attraction is within walking distance, in fact you can also reach equipped beaches, free or paid, in 5 minutes.

The Villa, which enjoys an enchanting view of the lake, is composed as follows: entrance into a large living room with sofa from which you can access the garden, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, up the stairs 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Going up to the second floor there is a small living room and access to the terrace with wonderful lake view.
At your disposal covered parking space inside the property.

The charming flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who want to enjoy the charm of our lake in complete relaxation.

The apartment is available both in summer, being equipped with air conditioning, and in winter, being equipped with heating.
