To know before booking:
Upon arrival you will be required to pay the following extra costs:
-Final cleaning and laundry costs: 150 €.
-Tourist tax: 1 € per day per person
-Heating, when necessary: 15 € per day
– Late check-in (after 7 p.m.): 20 €
-Security deposit: 200 €

Casa Gioni is a modern flat, very cosy and finished in details, located in San felice del Benaco, directly in the historic centre, 10 minutes from the beaches, 5 minutes by car from the harbour where you can access the boat service, which takes you to all the places of Lake Garda and 10 minutes by car from Salò: a charming town with a wonderful lakefront, where you can find restaurants, bars and shops.

The apartment, which can be accessed by climbing the stairs, is composed as follows: entrance into the living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.

The apartment also has two private parking spaces.

This wonderful flat is ideal for couples, but also for those who wish to enjoy the charm of our lake in complete relaxation.

The apartment is available both in summer and in winter, as it has independent heating.
Our guests will be provided with bed linen, towels and WI-FI connection.
