Need to know before booking:

The following extra charges will be required upon arrival:

-Tourist tax: 1 euro per day per person
-Heating, when necessary: 10 euros per day
-Late check-in (after 7 pm): 20 euros
-The guest is asked for a deposit of 200 euros to be paid on site and returned on departure.

Casa Ferrari is a very nice apartment located in the historic center of San Felice del Benaco, a few steps from the beaches, all the best attractions and a 15-minute walk from the Port of San Felice, where you can access the boat service, which takes you to all the resorts of Lake Garda and a 10-minute drive from Salò: a charming town with a wonderful lakefront, where you can find restaurants, bars and stores.

The accommodation, which can be accessed by climbing the stairs, is composed as follows: entrance into living room with kitchenette, sofa and bathroom. Going up the stairs: double bedroom with walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and small bedroom with bunk bed.

The upper floor has air conditioning. The charming dwelling has a free garage, inside the property. The accommodation is available both in summer, we have air conditioning, and in winter, we have independent heating. The wonderful apartment is ideal for families or couples who wish to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relaxation. Bed linen, towels and WI-FI connection will be provided to our guests.
