Casa Elena

To know before booking:

On arrival you will be asked to pay the following extra costs:
-Final cleaning and laundry costs: 120 euro
-Heating, when necessary: 20 euro per day
-Late check-in (after 7 pm): 20 euro

Casa Elena is a very nice terraced house, located in San Felice del Benaco, 5 minutes from the historic centre and 5 minutes by car from the beaches, the harbour where you can access the boat service, which takes you to all the resorts of Lake Garda and 10 minutes by car from Salò: a charming town with a wonderful lakefront, where you can find restaurants, bars and shops.
The apartment, divided on two floors, is composed as follows: entrance into the living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, double garden equipped with outdoor table and sunbeds.
On the first floor, accessible by climbing the stairs or by electric chair, we find: double bedroom and twin bedroom with balcony, bathroom with shower. The accommodation, on the first floor, is equipped with air conditioning.

At our guests’ disposal, double garage. The wonderful flat is ideal for families, but also for those who want to enjoy the charm of our lake in complete relaxation. The apartment is available both in the summer period, being equipped with air conditioning, and in the winter period, being equipped with independent heating. Our guests will be provided with bed linen, towels and WI-FI connection.
