To know before booking:
Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the following extra costs:
-Tourist tax: 1 Euro per day per person
-Heating, when necessary: 15 Euro per day
-Late check-in (after 7pm): 20 Euro
-A deposit of 200 Euro is required to be paid on site and returned on departure.

The accommodation is available both in summer and in winter, being equipped with independent heating. Our guests will be provided with bed linen, towels and wi-fi, included in the price.
The flat is located on the first floor of a complex of 3 units, located in Polpenazze del Garda is accessible by stairs and is so composed: large living room with TV and sofa, well-stocked kitchen, lake view, double bedroom with bathroom, quadruple bedroom with private bathroom.
The flat has a large lake-view terrace equipped with table and outdoor chairs.
It is characterised by a modern and well-kept furnishing.

The flat has its own parking space.
At guests’ disposal: table with outdoor chairs and sun loungers.
