To know before booking:

Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the following extra costs:
-Final cleaning, laundry and sanitation charges Anti-Covid: 120 Euro
-Tourist tax: 1 Euro per day per person
-Heating, when necessary: 10 Euro per day –
-Late check-in (after 7pm): 20 Euro
-The guest is asked for a deposit of Euro 200 to be paid on site and returned on departure

Our guests will be provided with bed linen, towels and WI-FI connection.
Yellow Flat is a beautiful newly renovated flat located in Montecucco, a charming hamlet of Gardone Riviera.

The charming flat is located on the second floor and enjoys a splendid view of Lake Garda. It consists of: large living room with fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with view and large bathroom, single bedroom with view, bathroom, sofa bed for two people.
A few steps from the house you will find a free car park with a wonderful lake view.

You can take wonderful walks in the historical centre or in the nature, looking for new scents and relax.
