To know before booking:
Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the following extra costs:
-Tourist tax: 1 Euro per day per person
-Heating, when necessary: 15 Euro per day
– Late check-in (after 7pm): 20 Euro
-Guests are asked for a deposit of € 200 to be paid on site and returned on departure.

Blue Moon is a wonderful flat located in Gardone Riviera inside a very quiet residence, called Residence Alcione, which is 5 minutes walk from the Vittoriale degli Italiani, the Botanical Garden – André Heller and 10 minutes walk from the magnificent lakefront, where you can find restaurants, bars, shops, all the basic necessities, free or paid beaches and the boat service, which allows you to reach all the places on the lake, forgetting the traffic.

The house, being located in a strategic point allows, to our customers, to live the holidays forgetting the car, as any type of attraction is within walking distance, in fact, you can also reach equipped beaches, free or paid, in 5 minutes.

The apartment, completely renovated recently, is located on the first floor and is composed as follows: entrance into the living room with sofa bed from which you can access the garden, equipped with table and chairs and sun loungers, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.

At your disposal covered parking space inside a common garage, swimming pool and sundeck.

The charming flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who wish to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relaxation.

The apartment is available both in summer, being equipped with air conditioning, and in winter, being equipped with heating.
