To know before booking:
Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the following extra costs:
-Tourist tax: 1 Euro per day per person
-Heating, when necessary: 10 Euro per day
-Late check-in (after 7pm): 20 Euro We provide all our guests with bed linen, including sheets, pillowcases, towels and WI-FI
-A security deposit of 200 Euro is required, which will be returned on departure.

Appartamento Emma is a wonderful flat located in Gardone Riviera, 7 minutes walk from the Vittoriale degli Italiani, the Botanical Garden and the historic centre where you can find restaurants, bars, shops and all the basic necessities, it is also 5 minutes walk from the magnificent lakefront of Gardone Sotto, where you can find more bars, restaurants, shops and take advantage of the boat service, which will allow you to reach the main places of the Lake.

The flat is located on the ground floor, accessible by 3 steps, and is composed as follows: entrance into the living room with sofa bed, well equipped kitchen and dining table, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The flat has an equipped terrace and a large shared garden with lake view.
At our guests’ disposal, private parking space inside the property.
