To know before booking:
On arrival you will be asked to pay the following extra costs:
-Stay tax: 1 Euro per day per person
-Late check-in(after 7pm): 20 Euro
-At the arrival all guests must pay a security deposit of 200 Euro in cash, which will be returned at the end of the stay.

Our guests will be provided with bed linen, towels and wi-fi, included in the price.

Antica Dimora is a beautiful portion of a detached house, located in Monte Maderno, a hamlet of Toscolano Maderno, 10 minutes by car from the centre of Toscolano Maderno, from the main attractions and the many beaches, where you can access the boat service, which takes you to all the resorts on Lake Garda.

The apartment, which can be accessed by climbing the stairs, is composed as follows: entrance into a large living room with sofa bed, separate fully equipped kitchen. Going up the stairs: double bedroom, triple bedroom and bathroom with tub.

Exclusive garden, equipped lake view. Private parking space is available for our guests. The wonderful flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who want to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relaxation, surrounded by nature.
