A2 – One Bedroom Flat

To know before booking:
Upon arrival you will be required to pay the following extra costs:
-Stay tax: 1 € per day per person
-Cleaning and laundry costs and covid sanitation: 130 €
-Heating, when necessary: 10 € per day
– Late check-in (after 7pm): 20 €
-Deposit of € 200 to be paid on site and returned on departure.

A2 – One bedroom flat is a very nice and cosy flat located in Toscolano Maderno within Residence Albatros. Residence Albatros is a wonderful private and exclusive complex, located on the border between Bogliaco and Toscolano Maderno, adjacent to the 18-hole, par 69 Bogliaco Golf Club, founded in 1912.

The apartment, located on the ground floor, is composed as follows: entrance into the living room with double bed and, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, exclusive small garden overlooking the common pool. The flat is in a residence with swimming pool.

Private parking space.

Outdoor table and chairs and sun loungers are available.

he wonderful flat is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relaxation.

The apartment is available both in summer and in winter, as it has independent heating.
