The walks to be done in this area can be suitable for everyone, not only for trekking or Nordic walking enthusiasts. Generally they are mostly scenic walks that offer breathtaking views often overlooking the lake, surrounded by unspoiled nature.

Here are the main routes:

The Monte San Bartolomeo rises above Salò, it is a modest relief (about 600 meters), around which a good path develops that allows you to take pleasant walks, not too demanding, in the midst of woods, agricultural hamlets, and with a breathtaking view of the lake below. Along the way you can also meet some churches erected in places of peace. Passing through the locality of Bagnolo, it then turns towards the valley of the Madonna del Rio, silent and wild. Before completing the route, you pass by Renzano, a pleasant hamlet of Salò, where the church of Santa Maria Annunziata, if open, deserves a stop for the frescoes inside.

The path of the Bassa Via del Garda , dedicated to Roberto Montagnoli, is a route to do in any season and suitable for everyone. The path, which winds along narrow streets and paths at altitudes between 100 and 900 meters, is to be covered in several days, crossing the various municipalities that divide Salò from Limone.

Salò-San Felice Cycle Path: the tour starts from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. Continue on Via Garibaldi for 100 meters, then turn left into Via IV Novembre. Across the roundabout you will find the police station on the right. Continue past the stop sign and after a few meters you will notice on the right the first indication on Via Rillosi for the Salò-Lonato cycle path. Cross the village of Campoverde always following the signs, which after Via del Panorama lead to the cycle path. Arriving at the Hotel Panoramica, we cross the road and follow the cycle path to the left of the structure, instead of following the sign for Lonato. After about 1 km, we find a large roundabout on the left. We cross the street to go to the opposite side; the cycle path continues left towards Cisano and right towards Desenzano. Let’s go left. After a few meters we are on the main road for a short distance. Continue on the road and then turn left towards Cisano – Camping Weekend (left below). After the first curve on the right, keep right and go up through the houses of this charming little village. At the end of the road, turn right for a few meters. Immediately on the left you will find the signs for the cycle path of “Cisano-Baia del Vento” which will lead us to the beach of the “Baia del Vento”. It is possible to continue to the beach and the small port of San Felice. Following the same route you will return to the starting point.
