The routes wind and include cycle paths, cycle paths, dirt paths and secondary roads with low traffic, offering an almost infinite number of variations and routes. Here are just a few main routes:
Monte Pizzocolo overlooking Toscolano Maderno, a town on Lake Garda’s western shore, is 1582 meters high, reaching a relatively advanced position with respect to the Garda hinterland. It is a privileged observation point for the whole of Lake Garda which offers, from its top, a 360 ° view of Lake Garda, the Alps, Monte Rosa and the Apennines. Near its summit you can find a bivouac made in a military structure of the First World War and a small chapel. You can also find the G.Pirlo refuge on Mount Spino, adjacent to Mount Pizzoccolo.
The path of the Bassa Via del Garda , dedicated to Roberto Montagnoli, is a route to do in any season and suitable for everyone. In the autumn months you will feel the scent of cyclamen while in the summer that of jasmine. Beautiful nature that surrounds anyone walking along the path, crossing rolling hills and rocky overhangs, walls of the ancient lemon houses and delightful villages to visit.
Gardone Riviera, San Michele (Via Panoramica)
This steep itinerary offers wonderful views of the lake and allows you to quickly reach San Michele. It starts from the Town Hall of Gardone Riviera on the right towards Vittoriale up to Piazza Caduti, go up the “Via Vecchia” towards the Visniga fountain and turn right towards Tresnico. Go up to the left next to the Church and go to San Michele in via della Calma.
The Monte San Bartolomeo rises above Salò, it is a modest relief (about 600 meters), around which a good path develops that allows you to take pleasant walks, not too demanding, in the midst of woods, agricultural hamlets, and with a breathtaking view of the lake below. Along the way you can also meet some churches erected in places of peace.
